7 Days Easy Return / ৭ দিনের সহজ রিটার্ন
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective or not the item you ordered. পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভাঙা বা ভুল পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
Conditions / শর্তসমূহ
- The product must be unused, with original box, accessories and invoice. / পণ্য অব্যবহৃত ও আসল বক্স, এক্সেসরিজ ও ইনভয়েস সহ হতে হবে।
- Physical damage, burn or water damage caused after delivery is not covered.
- Software, licences and opened consumables (cables cut to length, etc.) cannot be returned.
How to request a return / কিভাবে রিটার্ন করবেন
- Contact us with your order number and photos of the problem through the Contact page or at mustakshef24@gmail.com.
- We will check and confirm the return within 48 hours.
- Send or hand over the product as instructed.
Refunds / টাকা ফেরত
After we receive and inspect the product, we will replace it or refund you within 7 working days through bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. Delivery charge is not refundable unless the mistake was ours.
Warranty / ওয়ারেন্টি
Products with a brand warranty are covered according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Keep your invoice for warranty claims.
